Bellaluz is a well established community of apartments. Centrally located within the resort, the apartments surround the central Plaza with its restaurants, terraced cafés, and a variety of shops and services. There is a large community pool and a separate small pool for children, and a poolside bar (seasonal opening).
Buena Vista is a located high above the North Course, and offers spacious apartments with a community pool, as well as villas with their own pool. Buena Vista has panoramic views across La Manga Club and to the Mar Menor beyond. Guests at the apartments at Buena Vista can use the shared central pool which also has a small separate kiddy pool.
Coto del Golf offers a choice of accommodation, right on the edge of the North Course. The El Coto apartments have south facing terraces with either their own Jacuzzi or splash pool, whilst each of the El Coto villas has its own garden and small private pool. In addition the townhouses of El Coto Pueblo are situated around a community pool, exclusively for guests in the Pueblo accommodation.
El Forestal is a community of individually designed villas, each with its own pool. This community is a great location for those wanting a family holiday in peaceful surroundings, whilst still being within easy reach of the tennis centre, and the world-class golf courses which La Manga Club has to offer.
El Pinar is in an elevated position and consists of apartments, many of which have great views across the North and West Golf Courses and the surrounding hills. The community benefits from its own swimming pool, and is in a convenient location for many of the facilities which La Manga Club has to offer. The tennis centre is only a short walk away, as are a number of bars, restaurants, and shops.
El Rancho is an established community of terraced and detached villas which are set amid well maintained and landscaped gardens. This popular destination has 9 community swimming pools, each with a separate kiddy pool.
The Golf Bungalows are conveniently located next to the Hotel Grand Hyatt. The swimming pool has an attractive sunbathing area and a lovely outlook to La Manga Club's South golf course.
Hacienda del Golf is in a great central location, and offers a selection of villas, apartments, and town houses. The accommodation is built around the lawned garden and the community pool, which has a small section for children. The Par 47 Pitch & Putt and Tennis Centre are within easy walking distance, as are the restaurants, bars, and shops of Las Sabinas and La Plaza.
Set on large plots with their own pool and garden, the Individual Villas can be found throughout La Manga Club. Located on the edges of the golf courses, in the hills, or central to the resort, there is a range of sizes and styles to suit all tastes.

Las Brisas is a well established community which features townhouses with community swimming pools, and villas with their own pool. Each of the three groups of townhouses is built around a shared pool and the complex has a peaceful, tranquil feel to it whilst being just a short drive from all the facilities La Manga Club has to offer.
Las Higueras has a very tranquil atmosphere and consists of smaller individual villas with their own pool, garden, and terrace. Las Higueras is a great choice for guests looking for the benefits of an individual villa on a more modest scale.
Contemporary villas with own pool
The Las Palmeras community has apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms, in a central location. It is close to many of the resort’s facilities and has its own swimming pool. The central location is convenient for the tennis centre and close to many bars, restaurants and shops. This community is ideal for tennis holidays as it is only a short walk from La Manga Club's superb Tennis Centre.
Los Altos is divided into two communities of Spanish style villas with shared pools. Set in an elevated yet central position, Los Altos I and II offer residents some great views, whilst being conveniently located in reach of the facilities of the Tennis Centre, Bellaluz Square and La Plaza.
Los Molinos is an established community of villas of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. It is in an elevated position with views towards the Mar Menor, and has one of the most attractive community pools on the resort with a popular bar/restaurant alongside (seasonal opening).
An attractive development at the heart of La Manga Club, made up of 2 communities: Los Naranjos I with individual villas, many boasting their own private pool and Los Naranjos II with its attractive 3 to 5 bedroom community villas set around 2 swimming pools. Perfect for family holidays as well as groups wanting a central location, Los Naranjos is within walking distance of the Tennis Centre and football pitches and is a popular choice for football, tennis and even cycling holidays.
Centrally located, the popular community of Los Olivos comprises 2 and 3 bedroom apartments which are perfect for a family holiday, or a tennis or golf trip. The terraces offer great views across La Manga Club to the Mar Menor and it is ideally located close to the Tennis Centre. As well as two outdoor community pools, guests at Los Olivos also have use of an indoor pool, making it a perfect all year round destination.
Los Miradores was one of the first communities to be built in La Manga Club, and the apartments offer panoramic views across the resort, the South Course and towards the Mar Menor. Close to the Principe Felipe Hotel, this community offers ideal access to the golf courses, tennis centre, shops, bars and restaurants at La Manga Club.
Monte Claro Pueblo is a community of just 15 townhouses built around the swimming pool, which is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the Pueblo. This centrally located community is only a short walk to the Tennis Centre and the football pitches and offers convenient access to all the sporting facilities as well as the nearby shops, bars and restaurants of Las Sabinas and La Plaza.
Outside the Pueblo there are a number of detached villas, each with their own pool.
Situated at one of the highest points within La Manga Club, the detached villas of Monte León have private pools and some of the best views of La Manga Club across to the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. All the villas offer spacious accommodation and are a great choice for a villa holiday, whilst being only a short drive to all the facilities La Manga Club has to offer.
Set in a beautifully elevated position, Monte Verde comprises apartments and detached villas with great views across the resort. Monte Verde has 2 outdoor swimming pools and an indoor pool, and many of the villas have their own pool. This is a great choice for a holiday in a scenic setting, with the shops, bars and restaurants of Bellaluz being only a few minutes drive away.
Located in the southern part of La Manga Club, close to the Mediterranean coast, Montemares and Las Terrazas de Montemares feature stylish modern individual villas and townhouses. Properties are contemporary in feel and most offer views across to the Mar Menor. Bellaluz Village is about 5 minutes walk away and 10 minutes walk further on brings you to many of the bars and retaurants of La Manga Club.
Viewpoint is set high on the cliffs looking out to the Mediterranean Sea. Each detached villa has its own pool, and is a great choice for a villa holiday with outstanding sea views, whilst being only a few minutes away from the many facilities that La Manga Club has to offer.
