Bellaluz is a well established community of apartments. Centrally located within the resort, the apartments surround the central Plaza with its restaurants, terraced cafés, and a variety of shops and services. There is a large community pool and a separate small pool for children, and a poolside bar (seasonal opening).
Buena Vista is a located high above the North Course, and offers spacious apartments with a community pool, as well as villas with their own pool. Buena Vista has panoramic views across La Manga Club and to the Mar Menor beyond. Guests at the apartments at Buena Vista can use the shared central pool which also has a small separate kiddy pool.
El Rancho is an established community of terraced and detached villas which are set amid well maintained and landscaped gardens. This popular destination has 9 community swimming pools, each with a separate kiddy pool.
Hacienda del Golf is in a great central location, and offers a selection of villas, apartments, and town houses. The accommodation is built around the lawned garden and the community pool, which has a small section for children. The Racquets Club is in easy walking distance, as are the restaurants, bars, and shops of Las Sabinas and La Plaza.

Las Brisas is a well established community which features townhouses with community swimming pools, and villas with their own pool. Las Higueras has a very tranquil atmosphere and consists of smaller individual villas with their own pool, garden, and terrace. Las Higueras is a great choice for guests looking for the benefits of an individual villa on a more modest scale.
The Las Palmeras community has apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms, in a central location. It is close to many of the resort’s facilities and has its own swimming pool. The central location is close to many bars, restaurants and shops. This community is ideal for tennis holidays as it is only a short walk from La Manga Club's superb Racquets Club.
Los Altos is divided into two communities - Los Altos I and Los Altos II - of Spanish style villas with shared pools. Los Altos I is in an elevated yet central position, and is conveniently located in reach of the facilities of the Racquets Club, Bellaluz Square and La Plaza. Los Altos II is very elevated and offers some great views from the villas which are set along its pretty walkways.
Los Molinos is an established community of villas of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. It is in an elevated position with views towards the Mar Menor, and has one of the most attractive community pools on the resort with a popular bar/restaurant alongside (seasonal opening).
An attractive development at the heart of La Manga Club, made up of 2 communities: Los Naranjos I with individual villas, many boasting their own private pool, and Los Naranjos II with its attractive 3 to 5 bedroom community villas set around 2 swimming pools. Perfect for family holidays as well as groups wanting a central location, Los Naranjos is within walking distance of the Racquets Club, and is a popular choice for football, tennis and even cycling holidays.
Centrally located, the popular community of Los Olivos comprises 2 and 3 bedroom apartments which are perfect for a family holiday, or a tennis or golf trip. The terraces offer great views across La Manga Club to the Mar Menor and it is ideally located close to the Racquets Club. As well as two outdoor community pools, guests at Los Olivos also have use of an indoor pool, making it a perfect all year round destination.
Monte Claro Pueblo is a community of just 15 townhouses built around the swimming pool, which is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the Pueblo. This centrally located community is only a short walk to the Racquets Club, and offers convenient access to all the sporting facilities as well as the nearby shops, bars and restaurants of Las Sabinas and La Plaza.
